2. Authenticity of Products

All products sold on TCG Pokémarket are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or replica trading cards.

  • English and Japanese cards are sourced from authorized distributors or verified suppliers
  • Sealed products are sold in original manufacturer packaging

3. Sealed Product Policy

Due to the nature of trading card products, the following rules apply:

Definition of “Sealed”

A product is considered sealed when:

  • It is unopened
  • It retains its original factory shrink wrap or packaging
  • No tampering, resealing, or alteration has occurred

No Guarantee of Specific Pulls

By purchasing sealed products, you acknowledge that:

  • Card contents are randomized by the manufacturer
  • We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, or pull rates
  • We are not responsible for pack outcomes

No Returns on Opened Products

  • All sealed products are final sale once opened
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
    • The seal is broken
    • Packaging is opened or tampered with

Condition of Sealed Products

We ensure products are shipped in good condition; however:

  • Minor wear (e.g., slight dents, shrink wrap looseness) may occur during shipping or manufacturing
  • Such cosmetic issues do not qualify for returns or refunds unless the product is significantly damaged

4. Japanese & Imported Products

Some products (e.g., Japanese Pokémon cards or One Piece TCG) are imported.

  • Packaging, language, and contents may differ from English versions
  • Release dates and print runs may vary
  • Buyers are responsible for understanding product differences before purchase

5. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

TCG product prices may fluctuate due to market demand.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We are not obligated to adjust prices after purchase

6. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within a specified timeframe
  • Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer
  • Tracking information will be provided when available

7. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or incorrect
  • The item remains sealed and unused

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Dissatisfaction with pulls
  • Market value changes

8. Limitation of Liability

TCG Pokémarket is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects inside sealed products
  • Pull rates or card distribution
  • Losses due to market value changes
