Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – TCG POKÉMARKET

1. Overview

At TCG Pokémarket, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies that reflect the nature of trading card products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We only accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect, OR
  • The item arrives significantly damaged

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must remain sealed, unused, and in original condition
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided

3. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Opened or Unsealed Products

  • Any product that has been opened or tampered with
  • Broken factory seal or removed shrink wrap

Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the randomized nature of TCG products:

  • We do not offer refunds based on card pulls
  • We do not guarantee specific cards or rarities
  • Dissatisfaction with contents is not a valid reason for return

This applies to:

  • Pokémon cards (English & Japanese)
  • One Piece TCG
  • All sealed booster packs, boxes, and collections

Minor Packaging Imperfections

  • Small dents, scratches, or loose wrapping
  • Manufacturer or shipping-related cosmetic issues

These do not affect product authenticity and are not grounds for return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement (if available), OR
  • Refund to original payment method

5. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email
  • Items must be shipped back in original condition
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the error is ours)

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered when:

  • The item is defective or incorrect
  • Replacement stock is available

If not available:

  • A refund will be issued instead

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders are non-cancellable

9. Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to incorrect address

We may:

  • Deduct shipping costs from the refund
  • Or deny the refund if conditions are not met

10. Limitation of Liability

TCG Pokémarket is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects inside sealed products
  • Card distribution or pull rates
  • Market value changes after purchase

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
