PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS – TCG POKÉMARKET
1. Order & Payment Process
At TCG Pokémarket, certain payment methods may require manual payment after checkout.
- Customers can place orders using the available payment options at checkout
- Once an order is placed, it will be marked as “Pending Payment”
- Payment instructions will be sent via email
2. Payment Details via Email
After placing your order:
- You will receive an email containing:
- Payment method selected
- Payment instructions (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
- Total amount due
- Reference/order number
⚠️ Customers must follow the instructions exactly to avoid delays.
3. Payment Deadline
- Payments must be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving payment instructions
- If payment is not received within this timeframe:
- The order may be automatically canceled
- Items may be returned to stock
4. Order Processing
- Orders will only be:
- Confirmed, AND
- Processed for shipping
AFTER full payment is received and verified
5. Proof of Payment
For manual payments, customers may be required to:
- Send proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or receipt)
- Include their order number
This helps us process your order faster.
6. Incorrect Payments
TCG Pokémarket is not responsible for:
- Payments sent to the wrong account
- Incorrect payment references
- Underpayments or overpayments
Any issues may delay or cancel the order.
