1. Order Processing
All orders placed on TCG Pokémarket are processed within:
- 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once your order is processed:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- A tracking number will be provided once shipped
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and (if available) express shipping options.
Estimated delivery times:
- 🇺🇸 Domestic: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High-demand periods
3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Accuracy

- Lost packages due to incorrect address

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost:
- Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
- Then contact us for assistance
We will help investigate, but:
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers
- Refunds are not guaranteed for shipping delays
6. Damaged Packages

- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damaged items
We will review and offer:

- Refund (if approved)
7. Sealed Product Shipping Policy
All trading card products are shipped:
- Securely packaged to protect condition
- In their original sealed state

- Minor dents or packaging wear may occur during transit
- This does not affect the authenticity or contents
- Minor cosmetic damage does not qualify for refund
8. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:
- Orders ship once the product is released and received
- Release dates are determined by manufacturers and may change
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:
- The order may ship together unless split shipping is selected
9. International Shipping
For international customers:
- You may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
These fees are:
